Ingredients of Hisinchu Noodle

  1. It’s 6 of round pieces noodle.
  2. It’s 2 slices of shallots.
  3. Prepare 5 cloves of garlic.
  4. It’s 2 of red chilli strips.
  5. It’s 3 stalks of celery.
  6. It’s 1 of cabbage slice it.
  7. You need strips of Some left over roast chicken.
  8. Prepare 1 pack of tiger prawns.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of fish oil.
  10. It’s 1 tsp of soy sauce.
  11. It’s 1 tsp of dark soy sauce.
  12. It’s 1 pinch of black pepper.
  13. It’s 3 tbsp of Cooking oil.
  14. You need 2 glass of water.

Hisinchu Noodle instructions

  1. Heat wok and add oil.Stir fry garlic and shallots then the cabbage.Stir fry for a minute..
  2. Slice left over chicken into strips and set aside.
  3. Then add cabbage mix well and add the condiments.Pour water then simmer until the cabbage are half cook..
  4. After that add prawns cook for another minute.Then remove the cabbage,transfer in a plate.Leaving the soup..
  5. Place noodle in a soup boil it until noodle are almost soft then pour back the cabbage..
  6. Now add chilli,left over roast chicken and celery and.mix well.Check noodle if done then off the fire..
