Ingredients of Vegetable Lo Mein

  1. It’s 4-5 of cremini mushrooms, halved.
  2. You need 1.5 of ribs, celery, chopped.
  3. Prepare 1/4 of onion, chopped.
  4. You need 1/2 of crown broccoli, chopped.
  5. It’s 1/3 cup of cauliflower, chopped.
  6. Prepare 1/3 cup of baby carrots, chopped.
  7. It’s 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  8. You need of Noodles.
  9. You need of Cooking oil.
  10. Prepare 1 stalk of scallion, chopped.
  11. Prepare of Lo mein noodles, cooked + drained.
  12. It’s 2 tbsp of oyster sauce or substitute.
  13. You need of Sauce.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
  16. You need 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch.
  17. You need 1 tsp of sesame oil.
  18. You need 1.5 tsp of soy sauce.
  19. You need 1 oz of water.
  20. You need Dash of white pepper.

Vegetable Lo Mein step by step

  1. In a large pan, heat cooking oil and and scallions. Stir in noodles and oyster sauce. Mix well. Set aside..
  2. Combine sauce ingredients. Set aside..
  3. Sauté garlic, onions, celery and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients to pan and 1/3 of sauce mixture. Toss and coat well. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Mix in Remaining sauce mixture and noodles.
